Amy Silverman

Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist

We would love for you to meet Amy Silverman. She has been a part of Zen Family for several years. In fact, she was the very first Yogi to teach a class at Zen! This is Perfectly Imperfect Amy.

Amy Silverman recieved her Usui Reiki 1 Certification in 2013 which kickstarted her healing journey. In May of 2016 Amy completed her 200 YTT at Lila Yoga in State College, PA. Later that year she recieved her Reiki Master Certificate. In 2017 she completed her 300 YTT. Amy is currently finishing her training to be a hypnotherapist with Grace Space Hypnotherapy and will be certified by September of this year.

Amy believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. She also believes that we all have the power to heal ourselves, we just need to be shown the tools. Amy teaches several classes and offers events. Check our Studio for the schedule!

Heidi Olsen

Yoga Instructor, Biomagnatic Therapist, Holistic Health Coach

As a respected Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, BioMagnetic Pair Therapist, and Energy Communicator based in the Tarpon Springs area, my main goal is to lead others down the physical, emotional, and spiritual path of discovery that Holistic Health, Yoga, Magnet Therapy, Energy Work, and other modalities provide. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or just be more present, I know that you will find something that Heidi offers could aligns with your journey.  Since 2011 I’ve studied holistic health and regularly practiced Yoga. I have personally worked with Energetic Healing in many ways since childhood. Having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with my clients and students fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more balance and conscious awareness in their lives. Heidi Teaches two classes on Tuesday mornings.

Jennifer McClure

Sound Healer, Reiki Master 

Jennifer McClure, owner of Waves of Love Healing is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki energy & light language healer. She has been practicing sound therapy for about 4 years, though it feels as if she’s been practicing it for a lifetime! Jennifer is very passionate about sharing her soul's purpose; the magical gift of sonic alchemy with others as it offers the receiver profound transformations, shifts, therapeutic restoration, and expanded awareness. As a Sonic Alchemist, Jennifer feels she’s here to be a guide, a bridge, to hold space for others on their healing journey, and to help raise the vibration of humanity, Mother Earth and the Universe. She continues her love of learning about who we are, why we are here and all things in-between. Her INNER-knowing as a healer is that by healing and loving ourselves and then sharing the gift of love with others is how we change the world. Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Certified Health Coach, Cranio-Sacral Practitioner

Join Renee Dollar, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Certified Health Coach and Certified Cranio-Sacral Practitioner for a Crystal Singing Bowl Healing Meditation and experience a mind-body-spirit alignment for a natural state of Wellness. The meditation and sound healing session utilizes quartz crystal bowls that are tuned to the body's chakras and emit sound vibration tunes that not only offer a relaxing sound journey, but also have multiple healing properties. Renee's session is the fourth Saturday of the month at 2 PM.
